Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country musician and singer whose stories of youthful heartache earned her widespread recognition in the beginning of the 21st century. Swift showed an interest in music as early as age and she progressed quickly through roles in the children's theater and her first public appearance in front of a crowd of thousands. When Swift sang The Star-Spangled Banner in front of a Philadelphia 76ers game at the age of 11 years old, she was already composing songs. The next year she began playing guitar. Drawing inspiration from singers from country music like Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks (now the Chicks) Swift crafted original songs that were a reflection of her own experiences of tween alienation. When she was 13 Swift's parents sold their property in Pennsylvania in order to relocate in Hendersonville Tennessee so she could dedicate more time interacting with country artists located in the nearby city of Nashville.
